What is your return policy?
Guest Orders: Unworn/defective items can be returned within 45 days of shipment for a refund.
Skechers Plus members: Unworn/defective items purchased under your Skechers Plus account can be returned within 90 days of shipment.
HOW TO RETURN YOURÂ SKECHERS.COMÂ PURCHASE:
If you are returning more than one package by mail please click here for instructions.
Option 1: Return by Mail (for single package returns)
- Go to Orders and Returns
- Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Please note, order numbers begin with SKEC-US and can be found in your shipping confirmation email.Â
- Select “Start a Return” and follow the steps to generate a QR code by selecting “Return By Mail”.Â
- Please return unworn items in their original packaging.
- Show your QR code to a representative at a UPS service center. UPS will print the return label for you.
- Or you may select “Print My Label” and attach it to the package yourself.
- QR Code and prepaid labels are not available for APO/FPO locations or US Territories.
- If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box, please remove them.
We’ll send you a confirmation as soon as your return has been processed (please allow 10 business days once the return is received).
- Free return postage applies only to orders within the return period.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If we are unable to refund the original form of payment, an E-gift card will be issued via email.
Option 2: Return in Store
Download the order receipt and return at any US Skechers store (excluding Guam) near you:
- Go to Orders and Returns
- Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Please note, order numbers begin with SKEC-US and can be found in your shipping confirmation email.
- Select “Start a Return” and follow the steps to print your receipt by choosing the “Return In Store” return method.
- Print Receipt and return to any Skechers company-owned retail store.
*Skechers.com in-store pick-up orders: please return to any Skechers store near you.Â
*Cash App Afterpay and Klarna: Skechers.com orders paid with Cash App Afterpay or Klarna will be issued an exchange or merchandise credit if returned to a store location. You may return by mail to receive a refund to your original form of payment.
If the product is returned outside of the return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, Skechers will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise. Please note, we only accept returns for purchases on Skechers.com.Â
